I first met Joyce decades ago, when I was introduced to the Lee family by my college room-mate, Charmaine. Joyce was one of the warmest and most generous people I have ever known. My deepest sympathy to Norm and all her family.

Joyce was such a lovely human being and a tremendous joy to be around. She was always so gracious during the many days we spent in your house working on submitting compliance reports to DNR. I, and I know Norm and Colin and your entire family, will miss her very much.

Mark, please know that Joyce was a tremendous help to me and others in the GOAL Lab at Fox Valley Tech for years. The students who really struggled loved her for her kindness, patience, and respect. She was a born teacher; I miss her so; she became an important mentor for me. More personally, when I was hospitalized for months, your mom wrote to me most every day, always upbeat and engaging. I will try to carry on as she would though, of course, that is impossible. Blessings to you, Kathy Chapman Oshkosh

Joyce was such a wonderful, Godly influence in my life. What a joy she was to be around. My thoughts and prayers are with her family. I know she is overjoyed to be in the presence of the Lord and Savior she served for so many years.
